MHC will regularly organize public awareness campaigns against depression in China . We will distribute booklets about depression with the help of our volunteers and local support groups.

 MHC representatives in China will try to organize workshops about depression in Universities in China to help college students.

MHC Support Groups

MHC is now trying to build up a network of local patient-run support groups across China to help people in their communities. Support groups are going to play an important role in recovery, and help to spread knowledge about depression and depression-related disorders.

Sunofus.com was initially built as the website of the “Sunlight Project”, but it has became a popular website about depression and depression-related disorders in China, because of the excellent knowledge, information, mutual supports and personal stories it provides. MHC will continue to maintain this website as excellent sources of knowledge and mutual supports.
